RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to reserve another item/another size.
The items should be returned within 14 clear days from receipt without having to pay penalties. The customer is then only responsible for the costs of reshipment. L’Itineraire will not reimburse return packages lost during the return shipment.
DURING PRIVATE SALES RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

Please note that refunds may take up to ten business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times from one payment provider to another. Your shipping charges will not be included.
The customer can in no case exercise his faculty of retraction in an abusive way.
In any case, any item returned incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, soiled, or consumed, even partially, will not be refunded or exchanged.
